Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Whisper of Light, we want you to love every candle, home décor piece, and gift you receive from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Policy

Eligibility: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been burned or home décor items that show signs of use.

Custom Orders: All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at whisperoflight.co@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return or exchange

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item(s).


3. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different scent, style, or size, please follow the same process above. Once we receive your original item in acceptable condition, we’ll ship your exchange. Availability of certain scents or styles may vary.

Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for exchange.


4. Refunds

Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at whisperoflight.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
