All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
4. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Whisper of Light is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We are always happy to assist you in resolving any shipping-related concerns.

1. Return Policy
Eligibility: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been burned or home décor items that show signs of use.
Custom Orders: All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item(s).
3. Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different scent, style, or size, please follow the same process above. Once we receive your original item in acceptable condition, we’ll ship your exchange. Availability of certain scents or styles may vary.
Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for exchange.
4. Refunds
Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
